Sylvia’s Barbeque Chicken Sauce
Break 1 egg in bowl
Add 1/2 Cup cooking oil
Blend in 5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
Add 1 Cup Vinegar enough for 5 chicken halves
Start beating the egg and add all remaining ingredients while continuing to beat the mixture at the same time.
Let Chicken marinate in the mixture overnight.
Grill at medium heat.
You may have to move the rack up above the fire so the flames won't burn the outer skin.
Baste chicken every once in awhile while grilling it.
Usually takes a couple of hours until it is ready.
It's a slow process not fast!
