Kristen's Smothered Pork Chops

4 servings thin or thick chops will work

2 large onions (or more if you'd like) sliced thin

2 garlic cloves minced

4 tbls olive oil

1/2 stick of butter

1 package of egg noodles

1 package brown gravy

Melt your butter and oil together in large skillet. Sauté your onions and garlic until well caramelized.

Take out of pan and put your pork chops in pan. Cook about 2 mins, depending on thickness,

On one side then flip chop and place onions on top of each chop.

At this point you should have your noodles boiling and cooking away, along with your package brown gravy.

Once chops are done. Place noodles on plate, top with chop, onions and gravy. Enjoy!!! Fast and Easy recipe
