Jean's Rum Whipping Cream Recipe
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 to 2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 to 1˝ tsp Bacardi White Rum
Bowl for mixing
Place beaters and bowl into freezer for about 15 minutes. “The whipping cream will whip quicker”.
Place “cold” whipping cream into bowl, add 1 tsp of sugar, add 1 tsp of vanilla and the rum and beat on high speed until it forms peaks.
Taste it, if it needs more sugar or rum, add another tsp of sugar and add another ˝ tsp of rum and beat to mix for a couple of seconds.
