Frances's Popcorn Cake

4qts popped corn or two bags micro popcorn,

1 lb. small gumdrops,

1/2 lb. dry roasted peanuts,

1 stick butter,

1/2 cup salad oil,

1 lb. marshmallows

Grease 9x13 cake pan.

Mix popped corn with gumdrops & nuts.

Melt oil, butter & marshmallows in a saucepan.

When melted, pour over popcorn mixture.

Stir well.

Press into cake pan.

Cover with tin foil to keep moist. Enjoy!!
