Frances's Pineapple Cherry Delight

1 box cherry chip or strawberry cake mix,

1 small (3oz) package Cherry Jell-O

1 # 2 can crushed pineapple (drain & save juice),

3/4 cup Wesson oil,

4 eggs

Mix all the above well.

Bake in 9x13 pan for 15 mins at 275; 30 mins at 325.

Cool. Remove to serving pan. Pour pineapple juice slowly over top.

Top with 9oz tub of cool whip, then can of cherry pie filling.

Refrigerate. ENJOY
